Bridging these two worlds, Alessandra moves fluidly between leading her own band and collaborating within the Andalucía Project roster assembled by Aaron Joaquin Morales. Aaron Joaquin Morales
Founder, Musical Director & Guitarist
Aaron Joaquin Morales is the driving force and founder behind Andalucía Project—a guitarist, musical director, and producer whose work bridges organic acoustic traditions with vibrant, contemporary arrangement. Rooted in flamenco-jazz fusion, Latin folk, and acoustic roots, Aaron’s approach to the guitar combines rhythmic precision with expressive storytelling. His passion for live composition has shaped a signature sound that feels both deeply grounded and constantly evolving.
Beyond his work as a guitarist, Aaron serves as the creative architect of Andalucía Project’s expansive collective. Over the past decade, he has guided the project from an intimate acoustic duo into a thriving, community-based ensemble featuring over a dozen guest musicians, vocalists, and percussionists. His vision centers on creating a collaborative platform where original songwriting, reimagined covers, and diverse artistic voices can cross paths seamlessly on stage.
As a versatile performer and producer, Aaron also explores the electronic music realm under the moniker DJ Jöa, bringing high-energy tech and melodic house to club spaces across the Hudson Valley, NYC, and Miami. Whether leading a full 13-piece band at a regional festival or steering a late-night dance floor, his devotion to crowd connection and dynamic audio production remains the common thread across all his endeavors.

Alejandra is a core artistic anchor and lead vocalist of Andalucía Project, bringing an extraordinary warmth, emotional depth, and soulful presence to every performance. Her vocal range spans intimate acoustic ballads, intricate Latin folk melodies, and jazz arrangements. With a natural gift for storytelling, she infuses each song with a felt sense of tradition, resonance, and genuine human connection.
As the primary co-director alongside Aaron, Alejandra plays a central role in designing the group’s most immersive and culturally rich live experiences. From hosting traditional native ceremonies to guiding interactive audience sing-alongs, her work goes beyond singing—facilitating moments of community, remembrance, and shared reflection through sacred elements like minor percussion, storytelling, and cultural ritual.
Whether fronting a stripped-down acoustic duo or performing alongside a full festival ensemble, Alejandra’s stage presence creates an inviting, transformative atmosphere.
